Web Server(without mummer result)

If you don’t have the result file of Mummer, then here we will provide a one-stop analysis process, you only need to provide the fasta file of the species to be compared. It should be particularly emphasized that due to the server performance, we support genomes whose total data is less than 500Mb, which can be calculated online on the web server. If it is greater than 500Mb, it is recommended to use the locally downloaded software for local calculations.

All results (including mummer) will be sent to you in the form of email after the run is over.
