Through GenomeSyn, users can compares the synteny blocks between the same chromosomes and among different chromosomes. You only need to modify the type parameter to easily switch between the two generation modes.
Type1
Type1 mainly displays synteny blocks and structural variation in the chromosomes of the genome. Compared with Type2, it provides more information, such as PAVs, TEs, SNPs, etc.
Type2
Type2 mainly displays synteny blocks, inversion and translocation within and between the chromosomes of the genome, without additional annotation information, making it easier to observe the synteny of the genome.
